My September Bike Goal

I have decided to set some biking goals for September.  I think setting these goals will help me get in good enough shape to bike to work consistently. I have set goals so I have something to live up to. 

1. Bike 20 of 30 days in September
2. I have to ride for at least a half hour for the ride to count
3. Bike at least 120 miles in the month.
